• Observes patients and reports adverse reactions to medication or treatment to physician, supervisor, etc.

• Assembles and uses such equipment as catheters, pressure relief equipment, and oxygen supplies.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Staff Speech Language Pathologist assumes part and/or full time clinical responsibility in an assigned facility. Qualifications:

The Speech Language Pathologist must have:

A. Master’s Degree in Speech and Language Therapy
